Using Folio
You may use Folio for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the files you open and the changes you make.
Folio Pro
Folio Pro costs €9 per month or €99 per year, with a 7-day free trial (once per account). You can cancel any time; Pro features stop immediately when you cancel.
Your 14-day right to cancel
For online purchases you normally have 14 days to change your mind. Folio is a digital service that starts straight away, so before you pay we ask you to tick a box agreeing that it begins immediately and that you give up that 14-day right. We record the time you ticked it and which version of these Terms applied.
No refunds once you have used it
The 7-day free trial lets you test Folio Pro before paying. Payments for Folio Pro and for extra conversion packs are not refunded once you have been charged or once you have downloaded, converted or edited any file with Folio Pro. If a conversion fails, its credit is returned to you. This does not affect rights you have by law if the service does not work as described.
Availability
We work to keep Folio running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
